Job Duties

• Promotes service excellence and customer satisfaction by providing regional management, support and oversight on the Competency Program, Competency Program roles and responsibilities, employee development, and career development tools for Operations and Repair & Maintenance Sub-PSLs. Provides leadership to matrixed Performance Development Coordinators (PDC) within a region, and fulfills PDC role for local area.
• Provides support and guidance on specific assigned geographic area challenges, issues, and gaps to matrixed PDCs.
• Promotes and encourages regional safety and service quality initiatives.
• Routinely reviews region service delivery performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
