Roles & Responsibilities

Job Objective:

Creates, identifies and leads business transformational improvement opportunities across the Plant that remove waste, take out complexity, and simplify our operations.


Job Responsibilities:

- Lead projects improvement.
- Establishing & monitoring systems & processes.
- Measuring, reviewing & improving performance to Excellency.
- Lead risk management strategies.
- Internally & Externally Auditing Management.
- Enhance the effectiveness of employee performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor degree of Pharmacy
- 10 years of experience in manufacturing sectors
- PMP / Six sigma holder is preferred
- Excellent English Language.
- Strong record in continuous improvement track
