Roles & Responsibilities
Role Summary and Impact
- Proactively contributing to achieving client performance goals by implementing effective campaign strategies and optimization techniques.
- Executing thorough Search Query Report (SQR) analysis to identify irrelevant or low-performing keywords, implementing negative keywords, and optimizing keyword bidding strategies for improved campaign efficiency.
- Developing and presenting comprehensive weekly performance reports, analyzing key metrics and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations for campaign improvement.
- Overseeing the analysis of campaign results, identifying trends, drawing conclusions, and documenting key learnings to inform future campaign strategies and best practices.
- Analyzing user engagement metrics (e.g., click-through rates, conversion rates, bounce rates) to identify opportunities for optimizing ad creative, landing pages, and targeting parameters to improve overall campaign performance.
- Conducting in-depth reporting and analysis of paid media performance and audience behavior, identifying key trends and insights to inform strategic decisions related to targeting, messaging, and budget allocation.
- Overseeing finance reconciliation processes, verifying campaign spend, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and budget management.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) Major.
- Experience in digital media, paid advertising, or media buying (agency experience a plus!).
- A proven track record of managing successful paid search and social campaigns.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- A creative and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A meticulous and organized approach to work.
Desired Candidate Profile
