PMS Design, develop, implement, monitor and measures performance within the Group. Advises Management on the policies and procedures necessary to advance individual performance in alignment with business objectives of the Company.

•You will be responsible for reviewing the Performance Management policies to benchmark the best practice and advice management for any amendment to be made.

•Review employee performance appraisal tools including annual growth plans.

•Oversees the development and implementation of core competencies, core values, and key performance measures into performance appraisal system.

•Analyzes and reports on measurement results.

•Provides ongoing oversight and support to ensure that performance measures are being used to effectively manage operations, identify and manage risks, and effect organizational change.

•Develops and conducts presentations and training to management and staff on the performance appraisal system and performance management system.

•Design and develops communication programs to more clearly links group management to performance management.

•Develops a strategy for knowledge transfer activities, to include planning, implementation, and training.

•You will work with HRIS.

•Prepare PM reports and submit to management accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile

Master’s degree in HR or HR related.
Certification and 8 of years experience in HR.
Performance management, strong analytical skills, Excellent English & Arabic communication and Organizational skills, Attention to detail and change management, Good interpersonal skills with experience of building effective working relationships at all levels of an organization, Competent in use of MS Office

Min: 6 years of UAE experience working with performance management & KPI’s, 5-6 years of direct experience in designing, Implementing, developing & reviewing performance management policies and procedures. Experience providing training to managers and employees on performance management system, CIPD certified, HRIS.
