Performance Manager Digital People London 

As the Digital Performance Manager you will have solid understanding of PPC, Display and paid social campaigns (Facebook, You tube). People and client management experience (ideally European focused) is very important. You must have proven experience of guiding clients clearly through the myriad of details of paid media campaigns. Excellent knowledge of excel, programmatic advancements and understanding the clear execution of campaigns is crucial. You will currently be based in the UAE or looking to relocation to the region. This is a non-Arabic speaking position.

You will have two-three direct reports all of whom work across various verticals ranging from retail, to automotive, finance and travel. It s essential you are passionate about digital marketing and how it affects the way people research and purchase goods. You will own responsibility for your clients performance and commercial value so a strategic planning approach is crucial. Optimising client accounts for best performance using standard PPC, programmatic display and paid social such as improving bid strategy, testing creative campaigns and overall scheduling.
