Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview We are looking for a Performance Marketer to manage and scale paid campaigns across all group businesses. Group Structure (Important) This role will manage paid marketing campaigns across all group brands, requiring strong organisation and the ability to handle multiple campaigns and objectives simultaneously. Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns on: • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) • TikTok Ads • Google Ads • Test creatives and audiences • Optimise campaigns daily for performance • Track key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions) • Scale winning campaigns • Work with content team to improve ad creatives

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3–6+ years experience in performance marketing • Strong experience with Meta Ads (essential) • Experience with TikTok Ads and Google Ads • Data-driven mindset with proven results • Experience with consumer brands / e-commerce preferred
