Roles & Responsibilities



In this role, you will:

  • Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy across a broad range of digital marketing channels;
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
  • Conduct research on market trends, brand s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions;
  • Familiarize with existing tracking and funnels;
  • Assist in setting up pixel implementation, conversions and event tracking;
  • Analyze data to identify problems and opportunities;
  • Produce effective ad copies;
  • Define OKRs for channel experiences.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree from a reputable university
  • 0 - 3 years of prior experience in Digital Marketing
  • Knowledge of core digital marketing tools
  • Practical knowledge of digital platforms (Google, Facebook)
  • Understanding of web analytics (experience with Google Analytics is preferred)
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
  • Strong technical and data analysis skills
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English
  • Sharp strategic thinking and ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data/insights into a strong targeted marketing strategy
  • Excellent communication and literacy skills
  • Self-motivated & willing to take on new challenges
