Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive performance marketing strategies across digital channels to drive customer acquisition and brand growth.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve campaign objectives and maximize ROI.
Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of paid media campaigns, including search, social, display, and programmatic advertising.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to inform ongoing strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective campaign execution.
Identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities, tools, and platforms to enhance campaign performance.
Ensure all campaigns comply with industry regulations and company standards, particularly within the pharmaceutical and health supplement sectors.
Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data-driven decision-making.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Experience leading and developing marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and similar platforms.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver campaigns within allocated resources.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical or health supplement industry is a plus.
Ability to thrive in an office-based, collaborative work environment.
