What You ll Do

* Manage account performance across platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, and affiliate networks
* Oversee bid strategies, targeting, creative testing, and budget management
* Conduct detailed campaign analysis to identify growth and efficiency opportunities
* Lead feed optimization and monitor account health daily
* Collaborate with brand teams on awareness and performance media planning
* Approve and review media plans to align with revenue and ROAS objectives
* Develop strategies for account launches and market entry initiatives
* Coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders on calendars, promotions, and campaign priorities
* Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and financial alignment
* Mentor internal team members, standardize workflows, and improve optimization practices

Ideal Profile

* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in retail
* Strong analytical mindset with expertise in paid media and campaign optimization
* Ability to interpret data to make business-driven marketing decisions
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
* Skilled in managing multiple projects and delivering under tight deadlines
* Track record of developing and implementing successful performance marketing strategies
