Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build detailed media plans including budgets, targeting, timelines, KPIs, and platform selection. br/>
- Present strategies, media plans, and forecasting to clients and internal stakeholders. br/>
- Participate in briefing sessions with performance, influencer, creative, and technical teams to align on campaign approach. br/>
- Support the sales team by contributing insights and performance-based recommendations during pitches.br/>
- Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat, and YouTube. br/>
- Set up tracking, pixels, audiences, and retargeting funnels. br/>

Monitor daily performance and adjust budgets, targeting, and bidding to meet KPIs.
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, placements, and audiences to drive performance improvements.br/>
Data, Analysis & Reporting

Build and maintain dashboards using Google Sheets, Excel, and Looker Studio.
- Deliver weekly/monthly reports with insights, learnings, and actionable recommendations. br/>
- Ensure data accuracy by checking tracking, attribution, and integrations with MMPs.br/>
Client Communication & Account Management
- Act as the performance lead and main point of contact for assigned accounts. br/>
- Present results, insights, and optimization plans in a clear and structured manner. br/>

- Maintain strong relationships built on transparency, professionalism, and proactive communication.br/>

- Work closely with the creative, influencer marketing, editorial, sales, and technical teams to ensure campaigns align with the wider strategy. br/>
- Help streamline workflows with internal stakeholders and contribute to improving automated systems and processes. br/>
- Coordinate cross-department tasks to ensure smooth campaign launches and high-quality delivery.br/>
Sales & Growth Support
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling performance services. br/>
- Support business development with performance insights, benchmarks, and pitch materials. br/>
