Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Own day-to-day execution of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax) across our brands.
Manage Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end — creative briefing, audience structure, testing, scaling
Run Reddit Ads campaigns we are scaling across all four brands (campaign structure already mapped, you'll execute and iterate)
Navigate regulated-industry ad policy — our pharma accounts run "Eligible (Limited)" by design with full certification; you'll need to understand what's allowed and what isn't
Build search term and negative keyword workflows, audience signals for PMax, and Shopping feed optimisation
Produce weekly performance reports the founder can actually read — spend, CPA, ROAS, LTV-aware decisions
Coordinate with the dev team on tracking (gtag, S2S, server-side via Cloudflare Workers) and with affiliates (Katalys, Pion)
Spot waste fast and reallocate budget across brands and channels
Desired Candidate Profile
3–5 years hands-on PPC experience (agency or in-house), with verifiable Google Ads results
Strong Shopping and PMax experience — bonus if you've managed eCommerce at AED 100k+/month spend
Comfort with regulated verticals (healthcare, finance, gambling, supplements) is a major plus
Fluent written and spoken English — you'll write ad copy and brief creatives
Sharp Excel/Sheets skills; comfortable with GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio
Ability to work across multiple brands and time zones (our customers are in the US and UK)
Currently in the UAE or ready to relocate immediately
Nice to have
Meta Ads at scale, Reddit Ads, Microsoft Ads exposure
Experience with WordPress / WooCommerce or headless checkout
Customer io, Klaviyo, or other ESP/CDP exposure for full-funnel context
Affiliate or partner-channel experience

We are a fast-moving telehealth and pharmacy group running paid acquisition across four consumer brands in the US and UK — covering GLP-1 weight loss, men's health, sexual health, HRT, and broader prescription telehealth. Paid media is our largest growth lever, and we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of our Google, Meta, and Reddit Ads programmes across the portfolio. You will sit in our Dubai office Sunday to Thursday, working closely with the founder, the clinical team, the developers, and the brand leads. This is a hands-in-the-account role — you'll be building, optimising, and reporting daily, not managing an agency from a distance.
