Roles & Responsibilities

As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of our paid growth efforts across Amazon, Google, Meta, and TikTok. Your goal is to scale customer acquisition efficiently, reduce CAC, and mentor our internal team to execute smarter, data-driven campaigns.

experience in Perosnal Care, Beauty or FMCG is a big Plus and preferred

  • 3-7+ years in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or beauty/CPG
  • Experience with Amazon Ads and at least two of the following: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads
  • Strong skills in data analysis, keyword strategy, A/B testing, and budget allocation
  • Familiar with attribution tools, pixel tracking, and multi-channel optimization
  • Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, analytics dashboards, and ad platforms
  • Growth mindset with the ability to balance high-level strategy and hands-on execution
  • Excellent communicator in English;

Desired Candidate Profile
