Performance Marketing & Paid Media Specialist

� Location: Dubai, UAE

� Industry: Interior Design & Architecture

� Working Hours: Monday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM


About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing & Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta and TikTok platforms to drive qualified leads, maximize ROI, and support business growth.

The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, conversion tracking, analytics, CRM integrations, and lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok platforms.

  • Develop lead generation strategies focused on increasing qualified inquiries while reducing Cost Per Lead (CPL).

  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring budget efficiency and performance targets.

Performance Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement optimization strategies.

  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages.

  • Optimize campaign structures, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation to maximize ROI.

Tracking & Analytics

  • Configure and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and event tracking systems.

  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution across all digital channels.

  • Analyze campaign performance through Ads Managers, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.

CRM & Lead Management

  • Integrate advertising platforms with CRM systems and lead management workflows.

  • Monitor lead quality and collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates.

  • Maintain data accuracy and reporting transparency.

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

  • Present actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign data.

  • Track KPIs including CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, Lead Volume, and Customer Acquisition Cost.

Market Research

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for audience growth and campaign improvement.
