Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Your main objective is to generate qualified leads per month/strong> using paid advertising campaigns on Google Search, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads/strong>. You will manage a monthly budget between strong>$1,000 and $4,000/strong> and create a complete lead generation funnel from ads to landing pages to CRM tracking.br> strong>Responsibilities:/strong>

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube targeting UAE.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for ERP and B2B software.
  • Set up and optimize campaigns to achieve target CPL and lead quality.
  • Implement accurate tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Build and update landing pages (or coordinate with the design team).
  • Create weekly reports, analyze data, and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Develop retargeting funnels for warm audiences.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and pipeline performance.
  • Continuously test creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve results.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2 5 years of experience in performance marketing or media buying
  • Strong expertise in Google Search Ads and B2B lead generation
  • Experience running paid campaigns for UAE or GCC markets
  • Solid understanding of LinkedIn Lead Gen campaigns and audience targeting.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads for remarketing and YouTube Ads for warm traffic.
  • Good understanding of strong>GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and CRM integrations
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to explain results clearly.
  • Excellent English copywriting skills (Arabic is a plus).
  • Experience working with software, SaaS, or ERP products is a strong advantage.
  • Based in Egypt and available to work UAE business hours.
