Roles & Responsibilities

Launch and manage campaigns on:

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • LinkedIn Ads (mandatory for B2B clients)
  • X (Twitter) Ads (when needed)
  • Set up conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Conversion API, UTMs).
  • Build segmented audiences and retargeting funnels.
  • Optimize campaigns daily to reduce CPL and increase ROI.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure ads match campaign objectives.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audiences to improve performance.
  • Monitor competitor advertising activities and benchmark performance results.

Desired Candidate Profile

3+ years of experience managing multi-channel paid campaigns.

Strong analytical and numerical skills (comfortable reading data dashboards).

Strong experience with LinkedIn Ads (B2B campaigns) is a must.

Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and meet deadlines.
