Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Snapchat, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates) to guide decisions and improve ROI.
Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and video content.
Manage and optimize budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation across channels.
Work with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.) to track user behavior and conversion paths.
Identify growth opportunities and present actionable insights based on performance data.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid media.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media.
Proven success managing paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
Familiarity with SEO, CRO, and other digital marketing tactics is a plus.
Experience with eCommerce or B2B lead generation is a plus.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
