Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
- Track and analyze campaign performance, ensuring established KPIs and ROIs are met.
- Conduct A/B tests to support data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling ad creative assets.
- Generate performance reports and deliver insights and actionable recommendations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Expertise in budget management and driving measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
