Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Solve the daily problems raised by production
Participate in meetings and boost performance within your area of responsibility.
Definition and implementation of production flow and workstation according to Safran standards
Management of tools within its scope
Interact with external suppliers and service providers as needed within its scope.
To be a source of suggestions and a solution provider within its scope
Managing timekeeping and workstation balancing, and improving workflows
Leading and participating in continuous improvement projects
Participating in the GRPs will link its perimeter
To monitor technological developments related to the professions within its scope
