Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of perfume production, from raw material intake to finished product, ensuring adherence to strict quality control standards.
  • Manage and optimize the manufacturing process, focusing on efficiency, minimizing waste, and maximizing output to meet production targets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of production staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to foster a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures throughout the production process to guarantee product consistency and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is essential.
  • Possession of relevant certifications in manufacturing or quality control is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in perfume manufacturing or a related industry is required.
  • Proven experience in managing a perfume factory or a similar production facility is a must.
