Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Perfumes Sales Executive to manage customer interactions across digital platforms and support e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in driving sales, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring smooth order processing within a fast-paced environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Manage and respond promptly to customer inquiries:

    • WhatsApp

    • Facebook

    • Instagram

  • Engage with customers professionally to understand their preferences and recommend suitable fragrances

  • Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication, product knowledge, and follow-ups


Order Management

  • Process and manage online orders efficiently

  • Confirm orders with customers in a timely manner

  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth dispatch

  • Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment


Customer Support

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to build loyalty and encourage repeat business


Data Management

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales

  • Update internal systems and reports regularly


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for perfumes and luxury products is an advantage

  • Basic sales and negotiation skills

  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously

  • Familiarity with WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram platforms

  • Basic understanding of e-commerce and online order processing


Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office:

    • Excel (mandatory)

    • Word (mandatory)

  • Basic email communication skills


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, e-commerce, or customer service

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Team player with a positive and professional attitude


Working Hours

  • Saturday to Wednesday: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (1-hour break)

  • Thursday: 09:00 AM – 02:00 PM

  • Friday: Off


Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: 180 – 200 OMR

  • Additional: Monthly sales commission based on performance and targets
