Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Check the compliance, security and validity of operations
  • Verify compliance with rules, the continuity and relevance of first-level (operational) controls
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of permanent control devices
  • Ensure the risk and process mapping is kept up to date within the framework of the permanent control system (governance, procedures)
  • Ensure the reliability of the permanent control system by carrying out on-site checks (generic and specific control plans)
  • Define and disseminate methods, standards and tools to ensure the consistency of the Permanent Control system
  • Validate the effectiveness of first-level controls, the conformity of the process and the processing methods relating to an operation or a file
  • To specifically monitor the various operational risks of the establishment
  • Provide assistance and guidance to operational staff regarding ongoing monitoring.
  • Collect incidents related to non-compliance risks
  • Analyze and assess risk exposure and propose improvement plans
  • Guaranteeing the quality and security level of information systems
  • Prepare periodic reports for the General Management. 

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma in business sciences, management or equivalent
  • Two years of professional experience in a similar position (preferably in leasing)
  • Having a sense of organization, method, and communication
  • Free from any commitment
  • Place of residence: Algiers province or surrounding area
