Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Initiate, prepare, submit, and follow up on permit applications through QPRO and other relevant authority platforms.

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of SIS applications and Kahramaa submissions from initiation to final approval and closure.

  • Coordinate with government authorities for permit approvals, inspections, and related requirements.

  • Ensure all permits are renewed and updated within required timelines.

  • Monitor permit status and ensure compliance with Qatar regulations and company procedures.

  • Maintain accurate records, files, databases, and documentation related to permits, licenses, and inspections.

  • Prepare and organize technical documents, drawings, and supporting paperwork for submissions.

  • Act as the primary liaison between the company, contractors, consultants, and government authorities.

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, site teams, and design departments for permit requirements.

  • Support timely resolution of authority comments and permit-related issues.

  • Coordinate inspections with relevant authorities and ensure site readiness.

  • Manage permit-related payments, invoices, and fee submissions.

  • Prepare periodic reports on permit status, approvals, delays, renewals, and compliance updates.

  • Highlight risks, delays, or issues affecting project timelines.


Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in permit coordination or authority approvals in Qatar.

  • Hands-on experience with QPRO, SIS, MOI, Kahramaa, and related authority systems.

  • Strong knowledge of permit procedures and regulatory requirements in Qatar.

  • Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.

  • Strong documentation and organizational abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
