Permit Holder - Civil

1. Responsible for day-to-day Civil construction works execution (like earthworks, reinforced concrete foundations and structures, structural steelwork, and general builder's work) as received from the Site Engineer to ensure that the projects remain on schedule and budget.

2. Responsible to coordinate with various internal and external site teams to provide the requisite workfront, access, materials, equipment, manpower, resources, schedules, work plans etc to the crews to carry out the planned production for the day and to resolve any issues arising in fulfilment of the same.

3. Responsible for works execution inline with the jobs safety analysis, engineering design, company procedures etc. Responsible to ensure that all materials are properly maintained, inventoried, stored.

4. Responsible to act and operate as an apprentice and undergo requisite client specific permit to work (PTW) trainings and examinations until fully approved and certified. Responsible to hold the work permit for the assigned activity and ensure that the various permit requirements, pre and post job are carried out and met. Responsible for compliance to company formats and processes such as but not limited to – DAL book, Norms process, Visual Inspection process, Test Pack process etc.

5. Responsible to plan daily production required and carry out short interval assessment of the actual production achieved and balance to achieve.

6. Responsible to ensure that all site/location safety consideration are thoroughly checked and maintained during the course of the production.

7. Responsible to ensure that the workforce strictly complies to all work procedures, safety procedures, quality requirements and all other project and company specific requirements. Responsible to address and immediately escalate any deviations from these requirements.

8. Responsible for all individual and certain project specific productivity targets, KPIs and attainment thereof.

Permit Holder Mechanical:

1. Responsible for day-to-day Mechanical construction works execution as received from the Site Engineer to ensure that the projects remain on schedule and budget

2. Responsible to coordinate with various internal and external site teams to provide the requisite work front, access, materials, equipment, manpower, resources, schedules, work plans etc to the crews to carry out the planned production for the day and to resolve any issues arising in fulfilment of the same
