Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring an experienced Permit Issuer for Oil & Gas project sites in Saudi Arabia. The role involves issuing, controlling, and closing work permits in strict compliance with the Permit to Work (PTW) system and site safety standards.

  • Issue work permits in accordance with the PTW system
  • Verify risk assessments, method statements, and safety controls
  • Coordinate with Permit Receivers, Safety team, and Operations
  • Ensure all permit conditions are clearly communicated and followed
  • Monitor ongoing jobs for PTW compliance
  • Suspend or cancel permits in case of unsafe conditions
  • Ensure proper permit closure and record keeping
  • Maintain PTW logs, registers, and documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

3+ years Oil & Gas project experience

  • Strong knowledge of PTW system (Hot Work, Confined Space, Electrical, etc.)
  • Familiar with site HSE standards and procedures
