Permits & Approvals Specialist (Real Estate) Reportage Real Estate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Compliance & Permits Specialist to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be the key liaison between our company and regulatory authorities, ensuring all our real estate projects proceed smoothly from planning to completion. You will manage the entire lifecycle of project documentation, permits, and compliance, playing a vital part in our success and reputation in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory & Authority Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all interactions with regulatory bodies including DLD, ADREC, ADGM, and other relevant authorities.
• Manage end-to-end submission of all project-related documents, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Monitor, analyze, and implement new regulatory updates, circulars, and procedural changes affecting real estate projects.

Permits, Licensing & Documentation

• Identify all authority requirements for each stage of the project lifecycle.
• Prepare, review, and submit documents for project licenses, escrow account openings, Oqood registration, NOCs, and related permits.
• Handle off-plan project registration, updates, renewals, and approvals through official authority portals.
• Ensure all submissions comply with regulatory standards, guidelines, and specified formats.

Coordination & Compliance

• Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Project Management, Sales, Finance) to gather and prepare documentation that meets authority standards.
• Maintain meticulous records of all submissions, approvals, and correspondences with regulatory bodies.
• Oversee real estate registration, property documentation, and permitting processes from initiation to closure.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Law, or related field
• 1-3 years of direct experience in authority approvals, permitting, and regulatory compliance within the UAE real estate sector
• Proven track record of successful submissions to DLD, ADREC, or similar regulatory bodies
• In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate regulatory frameworks and registration processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent command of English (Arabic language skills are a significant advantage)
