Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and experienced Iranian Head Chef specializing in Persian cuisine to join our restaurant team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in authentic Persian cooking and the ability to lead a professional kitchen team while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

  1. Lead the preparation of authentic Persian cuisine and maintain traditional flavors

  2. Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure consistent food quality

  3. Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and portion control of all dishes

  4. Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, safety, and cleanliness

  5. Monitor ingredient quality and coordinate with suppliers when needed

  6. Assist in menu development and introduce seasonal or specialty dishes

  7. Manage kitchen workflow to ensure efficient service during busy hours

  8. Control food cost, inventory, and minimize kitchen waste

  9. Work closely with management to maintain excellent dining standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in Persian cuisine

  2. Strong knowledge of traditional Persian dishes, ingredients, and cooking techniques

  3. Experience managing kitchen staff and daily kitchen operations

  4. Ability to maintain authentic taste, quality, and presentation

  5. Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards

  6. Experience working in high-volume restaurants is preferred

  7. Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
