Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- workplace is at Medra Stone Factory ( Marble & Granite ) in Shaq El-Thoban Industrial zone in Maadi.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing daily schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and organize executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the CEO.
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and requests, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses.
- Assist with project management tasks, tracking deadlines and deliverables for key initiatives.
- Support the CEO in personal tasks and errands as needed to ensure optimal productivity.
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address potential issues or opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience coordinating travel and managing complex calendars.
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work outside standard office hours when required.
