Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are currently hiring a professional and highly organized Assistant to the CEO to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

� Provide full administrative and executive support to the CEO

� Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence

� Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for senior management

� Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

� Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

� Support day-to-day office and executive operations


Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

� Arabic speaker

� Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)

� Presentable with a professional attitude

� Previous experience as a CEO / Director Assistant or Executive Assistant

� Strong Microsoft Office skills:

  • Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

  • PowerPoint (presentations & reporting)

  • Documentation & formal correspondence
