Roles & Responsibilities
- Full Professional Fluency in English (Speaking and Writing) is mandatory.
- Excellent organizational, office management, and time management skills.
-Proficiency in basic computer programs (especially Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, and Outlook).
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent phone and visitor handling etiquette.
- Ability to prepare reports, official letters, and formal correspondence independently.
-High level of commitment, responsibility, and professionalism
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and proactively anticipate executive needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
