Position: Personal Assistant

Location: Cairo, Egypt
Type: Full-time

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support a Partner at Eldib & Co. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative and personal tasks, ensuring seamless operations, and enabling the Partner to focus on strategic and client-related matters.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Personal Assistant at Eldib & Co Attorneys at Law your responsibilities will include:

  1. Manage the Partner s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  2. Handle correspondence, including emails, calls, and official documents, ensuring timely responses.
  3. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  4. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including client interactions and board meetings.
  5. Organize and maintain confidential files and documents.
  6. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and legal or business documents.
  7. Conduct research and compile information relevant to the Partner s projects.
  8. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams on behalf of the Partner.
  9. Oversee expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking.
  10. Handle personal appointments, reservations, and travel arrangements as required.
  11. Manage tasks as needed, including event planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a PA, EA, or in a similar executive support role, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
  2. Bachelor s degree preferred
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and communication platforms.
  4. Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  7. High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
