Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth business operations and effective time management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Handle travel arrangements and bookings.
- Draft and review emails and documents.
- Monitor deadlines, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely completion.
- Support in day-to-day office operations and special projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2 4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English & Arabic).
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
