Roles & Responsibilities
Handle personal errands and confidential matters discreetly.
Maintain organized records and filing systems (digital and physical).
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers when required.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth coordination.
Assist with light bookkeeping or invoicing tasks when required.

Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative role, showcasing adaptability and resilience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools, ensuring efficient task execution.
Excellent communication skills in English, with additional language proficiency considered a strong asset.
