Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Managing Director s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, review, and send professional emails, reports, and business correspondence.
  • Prepare and organize meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in the execution and tracking of company projects and initiatives.
  • Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Support daily administrative operations to enhance the Managing Director s efficiency.
