Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Personal Assistant (Female) to provide administrative and social media support.

  • Managing communication, scheduling meetings, organizing files.
  • Assisting in content posting across social media platforms. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both remotely and in the office (hybrid setup).
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage and create content on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar, Gmail).
  • Good computer and internet research skills.
  • Ability to handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and manage calendars.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or any design tool is a plus.
  • Experience in data entry, content posting, or online marketing is an advantage.
  • Experience Level: 1 2 years.
