Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Organize professional and personal schedules.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Manage correspondence (emails, letters).
- Arrange travel (flight, hotel, transportation bookings).
- Prepare detailed itineraries and manage visa applications if necessary.
- Coordinate with service providers and other collaborators.
- Handle personal purchases and specific family requests.
- Supervise ad hoc projects (e.g., event planning, relocations).
- Communicate and follow up on priorities with stakeholders.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Personal Assistant supporting high-level executives.
Languages: Excellent command of French and English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Skills:
- Impeccable organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and quick problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a demanding environment.
- Tools: Proficiency in office tools (MS Office, Google Suite).
