Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the CEO s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and requests, and prioritize them when necessary.
- Follow up on pending tasks, projects, and deadlines.
- Organize events, business meetings, and company-related activities.
- Assist in administrative and personal tasks as required.
- Maintain proper filing systems and office organization.
- Support the CEO in daily operational and strategic activities
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently
