Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, including meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel arrangements.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate and organize the CEO's business and personal commitments, including complex itineraries and agendas.
Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as requested by the CEO.
Handle inquiries, requests, and sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
Maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
Assist with personal tasks as needed, including errands and appointments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a dynamic workload.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
