Job Title: Personal Banker

Key job accountabilities:

Operational

• Ensuring the correct documentation for customer accounts and all related transactions
• Ensuring implementation of KYC and AML guidelines
• Adhering to the operational instruction manual
• Processing of customers bank transaction if required

Financial

• Achieving asset acquisition targets
• Achieving liability acquisition and retention targets
• Achieving other product targets such as (credit card, bank assurance etc.)

Customer

• Acquiring and retaining new to bank customers who meet the requirements for retail banking segment
• Providing in branch customer service
• Educate customers to use Self Service channels like ATM, CDM, Mobile and Internet banking thereby increasing the usage.

Compliance

• Complying with audit reports and work on rectifying any objections provided by IAD.
• Coordinating with branch manager in case of any classified accounts and CBO listed clients.
• Ensure Compliance with the Regulatory Requirements. Review CBO Examination Report/External Auditors Report/Internal Auditors Report and ensure necessary corrective action is taken on issues pertaining to Retail Banking
