Job purpose: Acquiring and maintaining business relationships with retail customers so as to market the bank s products and services to generate net interest income and non-funded income for the bank.

Key job accountabilities: (Describes the key Accountabilities required to be performed by this job)

Operational

• Ensuring the correct documentation for customer accounts and all related transactions
• Ensuring implementation of KYC and AML guidelines
• Adhering to the operational instruction manual
• Processing of customers bank transaction if required

Financial

• Achieving asset acquisition targets
• Achieving liability acquisition and retention targets
• Achieving other product targets such as (credit card, bank assurance etc.)

Customer

• Acquiring and retaining new to bank customers who meet the requirements for retail banking segment
• Providing in branch customer service
• Educate customers to use Self Service channels like ATM, CDM, Mobile and Internet banking thereby increasing the usage.
