Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and implement the commercial strategy in the area.
- Manage and lead the field sales team.
- Develop the client portfolio and partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve the set objectives.
- Analyze the market and competition.
- Ensure product visibility in points of sale.
- Produce regular reports to management.
- Bac+3 to Bac+5 in business, marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, ideally in the Personal Care / FMCG sector.
- Experience in managing a sales team.
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
- Mobility and availability for frequent travel.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or Master's degree (Bac+5) in business, marketing, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in the Personal Care/FMCG sector. Experience managing a sales team. Excellent negotiation and leadership skills. Willingness and availability for frequent travel.
