Roles & Responsibilities


We are seeking a professional and highly presentable Personal Driver to support a high-profile executive (Secretary General) on a full-time basis. The role requires flexibility, discretion, and the ability to be available on a 24/7 basis as per the executive’s schedule.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation to the Secretary General at all times

  • Be available on a 24/7 basis (as required) and adaptable to changing schedules

  • Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the assigned vehicle at all times

  • Demonstrate high standards of professionalism, etiquette, and discretion

  • Assist with opening doors, handling basic logistics, and ensuring a smooth experience for the executive

  • Plan routes efficiently and ensure timely arrivals

  • Handle any ad-hoc driving requests or errands professionally


Desired Candidate Profile


  • Proven experience as a personal or executive driver, preferably for VIP or senior management

  • Well-groomed, presentable, and maintains a high standard of personal hygiene

  • Polite, respectful, and professional in behavior and communication

  • Strong understanding of etiquette when dealing with high-level individuals

  • Good command of English (spoken)

  • Familiar with Abu Dhabi roads and locations

  • Valid UAE driving license

  • Must have a valid UAE residency visa

  • Experience working with government entities or high-profile individuals

  • Calm under pressure and able to handle last-minute changes
