Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- safely drive Board members to and from meetings, official functions, airports, and personal appointments.
- Maintain the assigned vehicles (luxury sedans/SUVs) in excellent condition — clean, fueled, and serviced regularly.
- Plan routes and anticipate traffic conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
- Display the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and courtesy.
- Handle luggage, documents, and other items with care and confidentiality.
- Keep accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and trips as required.
- Coordinate with executive assistants to manage schedules and pick-up/drop-off timings.
- Ensure vehicle registration, insurance, and inspection documents are up to date.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information learned in the course of duty.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a personal or executive driver, preferably for senior executives or VIPs.
- Proven experience driving luxury vehicles (e.g., Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Lexus, Audi, etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of city routes, traffic regulations, and safe driving practices.
- Strong sense of punctuality, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Physically fit and well-groomed appearance.
- Flexible schedule — willingness to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or holidays when required.
