Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the team of Personal lease executives to achieve the Target.
  • Identifying new opportunities and segments to increase the Personal Lease portfolio
  • Proactively engage with the Marketing team to create campaigns and promotions for the customers
  • Work closely with the rental counter team to generate more leads for the Personal lease
  • Guide and mentor the team to drive more business
  • Liaison with Dealers / Manufacturers / Partners to identify new opportunity for the Personal Lease Business.
  • Monitor and provide regular business reports on the performance of the team and business
  • Keep abreast with the Market offerings and suggest changes in Product and service in line with the market to increase the market share for Dollar.
  • Liaise closely with other departments to ensure seamless Customer Delivery
  • Other Adhoc responsibilities as and when assigned by the Management from time to time.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in car rental or leasing industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of personal lease products, contracts, and pricing models.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of rental/leasing software is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
