Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar, ensuring optimal time management and scheduling of important meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail to ensure clarity and professionalism.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, fostering effective communication.
- Conduct research and compile data to support the executive's decision-making process, enhancing strategic planning.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, demonstrating a strong educational foundation.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a corporate setting, showcasing familiarity with executive support.
- Certifications in office management or related areas are a plus, emphasizing commitment to professional development.
- Experience in high-pressure environments, particularly in industries such as finance or technology, is preferred.
