Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervised by an experienced HR manager, you will gradually participate in the following missions:
In the event of hiring an employee
- Create employees in the payroll system (HR Teams)
- Carrying out the DPAE
- Transmit to the Payroll Department the contractual remuneration elements (bank details, contract
- Setting up benefits in the Disability Portal
Personnel Administration
- Update personnel data in the payroll system: salary, qualifications, employment, family situation,
- Record staff movements (CDI, CDD, CDIC, Trainees)
- Verify the compliance of mission and placement orders
- Feed and update employee mat rialis files
PAYROLL of employees
- Extract, verify, value and pay overtime
- Enter the absences of employees not automatically managed in the payroll system (illness, maternity leave, paternity leave, etc.) and collect the related receipts
- Perform the monthly check of the reconciliation of leave between the time entry portal and the absence portal
- Check the completeness of allowances and expenses in the time entry portal (according to Group schedule) in accordance with the ODM/SDGs and company agreements
- Monitor monthly telework allowances
- Enter variable items into the payroll system in accordance with the Group forms sent by HRMs (variable payments, increases and various bonuses)
- Transmit monthly summary statements of allowances and expenses from the time entry portal, supplementing them with the elements entered manually in the Payroll IS (payroll preparation step)
- Processing of advance and advance payment requests
- Processing of payroll anomalies on a monthly basis
- Be the contact person for employees for any question relating to payroll
In the event of employees leaving
- Fill in the employee's exit in the payroll system (reason and date of exit)
- Prepare the STC sheet with the latest payroll elements
- Enter the latest variable elements into the payroll system on the basis of the valid STC card
- Transmit the STC form to the payroll CSP
- Send the employee the documents, put by the payroll SSC, relating to the balance of any account
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
- Bac+3/+5 in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or others
- You have ideally completed a first internship in the field of HR or payroll
- You are eligible for the CIVP contract
Technical skills:
Knowledge of the basics of social legislation or marked interest in payroll.
Good command of office tools
