Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure administrative management of personnel (contracts, individual files, absences, leave, certificates).
  • Ensure the application of labor legislation and internal procedures.
  • Participate in payroll monitoring (collection and verification of variables).
  • Support employees in their administrative procedures.
  • Contribute to monitoring recruitment, integration and staff departures.
  • prepare HR reports and update personnel databases.
  • Good command of IT tools (Excel, HR software).
  • Knowledge of labor law and social procedures.
  • Rigor, discretion, sense of organization.
  • Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
