Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure administrative management of personnel (contracts, individual files, absences, leave, certificates).
- Ensure the application of labor legislation and internal procedures.
- Participate in payroll monitoring (collection and verification of variables).
- Support employees in their administrative procedures.
- Contribute to monitoring recruitment, integration and staff departures.
- prepare HR reports and update personnel databases.
- Good command of IT tools (Excel, HR software).
- Knowledge of labor law and social procedures.
- Rigor, discretion, sense of organization.
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
