Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage personnel administrative files (new hires & departures).
- Managing and monitoring the employment relationship (employment contracts).
- Keep administrative records up to date.
- Prepare payroll.
- Prepare tax and parafiscal declarations and filings (monthly and annual 301 bis and DAS).
- To make all decisions relating to personnel.
- Monitoring of the score.
- Establish staff dashboards.
- To take charge of discipline and disciplinary cases.
- Maintain the required registers and books.
- Keep the register of reimbursement checks (CNAS & mutual fund).
- Filing and monitoring of CNAS benefits (treatment forms, sick leave, work accidents, family allowances, etc.).
- Submitting benefits to health insurance funds.
- Reimburse all benefits (CNAS, mutual fund, family allowances).
- Formalizing retirement files, submitting them to the CNR and following up until the retirement decision is notified.
- Degree or training in Human Resources
- Experience in a similar position
