Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Administration of Personnel:

  • Keeping the personnel file and records up to date.
  • Maintaining legal registers related to HR Management.
  • Establishing administrative acts: Administrative decisions, Mission orders, Requests for salary advances, Leave slips.
  • Monitoring personnel movements (Monthly headcount table).
  • Management of working hours (timekeeping, absence tracking, etc.).

Payroll Administration:

  • Control and processing of payroll input elements.
  • Entry of variable payroll elements.
  • Issuing the payroll variable table.
  • Issuing and distributing payslips.
  • Keeping the payroll register up to date.
  • Social declaration formalities (CNAS and others).

Desired Candidate Profile

BAC or equivalent. 03 years in the field.
