Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Administration of Personnel:
- Keeping the personnel file and records up to date.
- Maintaining legal registers related to HR Management.
- Establishing administrative acts: Administrative decisions, Mission orders, Requests for salary advances, Leave slips.
- Monitoring personnel movements (Monthly headcount table).
- Management of working hours (timekeeping, absence tracking, etc.).
Payroll Administration:
- Control and processing of payroll input elements.
- Entry of variable payroll elements.
- Issuing the payroll variable table.
- Issuing and distributing payslips.
- Keeping the payroll register up to date.
- Social declaration formalities (CNAS and others).
Desired Candidate Profile
BAC or equivalent. 03 years in the field.
