Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of personnel to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
  • Handled social insurance processes, ensuring timely registration, updates, and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Oversee employee attendance, punctuality, and leave management, maintaining accurate records.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with management to implement HR initiatives and organizational changes.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on personnel activities, attendance, and performance metrics.
  • Support recruitment efforts by participating in interviews and candidate evaluations as needed.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with company values.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in personnel supervision, HR, or a similar role - must with (Construction Field).
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR management systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing priorities.
